The Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission is a regional transportation district with two missions:
1. Provide commuter and local transportation services in Prince William County, the City of Manassas and the City of Manassas Park; and
2. Oversee the operations of the Virginia Railway Express train service in Stafford County, Prince William County, the City of Fredericksburg, the City of Manassas and the City of Manassas Park.
